It is just so inspiring and spiritual to have my first post in this blog during the morning for the first day of the month of Ramadan.
Ramadan is the ninth month in the Islamic lunar calendar, and it is very special for several reasons which include:
1) The Quran has been descended from Allah at that day during 'Laylat el Qadr'; sometimes called as the Night of Power'.
2) From dawn to dusk, Muslims are expected to abstain from not only useless gossips and cursing, but also from some pleasures which are normally accepted by Islam. This is a powerful training for controlling both the body and for adapting the soul for much more spiritual objectives in this life.
